Kinesiology at The Cosmos Co, Maitland

I’m so excited to share that I will now be practicing Kinesiology from The Cosmos Co, starting Friday 13th February!

The cabin, co-created by Sarah and Zoe, is truly a dreamlike healing space. Nestled on a permaculture farm just 10 minutes from Maitland and a few minutes from Rutherford, it’s a sanctuary where you can feel grounded, nurtured, and supported.

Founded on the principles of Collective, Community, and Connection, Sarah and Zoe have designed this space for holistic health practitioners to come together, offering clients the very best in healing and wellbeing. I feel incredibly grateful to be joining their collective and to share in the opportunity to provide an immersive healing experience in a space that connects you to nature and encourages deep transformation.

At The Cosmos Co, I will be offering adult and children’s kinesiology appointments weekly on Fridays, as well as group classes that blend Kinesiology, Astrology, and Flower Essences from time to time. Each session is designed to help your nervous system recalibrate, support your unique goals, and leave you feeling balanced, grounded, and renewed.
